IEUM Support
For help with IEUM, contact AboutUsAgency, Inc. at support@aboutusforyou.com. Korean and English inquiries are welcome.
Help us understand the issue
Tell us whether you use iPhone or Android, your app version, what you were trying to do, and any error message. You’ll find the app version at the bottom of Account and privacy (the gear icon). Tapping “Email support with app info” there starts an email that already includes your app version, device platform, and system version. If useful, include a screenshot with private content removed. Do not send passwords, session credentials, sign-in codes, or a recording you do not want support to receive.
Sign-in and account help
Check that you are using the same sign-in method as before. Signing in with another provider can identify a different account unless the app explicitly links them. A session can expire, requiring another sign-in. If you cannot access an account, tell us which provider you used; we may need to verify ownership before changing or deleting account data.
Saved and unsaved work
If saving fails, your work hasn’t been uploaded yet. Keep the current screen open or use an available export action before leaving it. You can change microphone permission in your device settings. Scripture you have downloaded can be read offline, but saving notes and recordings to your account, or loading saved notes, needs a connection.
Content and safety concerns
Use Report or block on the group post, published journey, or invitation. You can also contact support with the content link or identifier and the reason for concern. Do not redistribute harmful material or another person’s private recording. Blocking and leaving a group are available ways to limit contact while a report is considered.
Privacy and deletion
Use the account-deletion control in IEUM for routine deletion. The account-deletion page also explains how to request deletion outside the app. If that process fails or you cannot sign in, contact support. Deletion is for IEUM data, not your external sign-in account.
What IEUM provides
IEUM offers Scripture reading, prepared editorial reflections, and creative scenes. It is not a live counseling or emergency service. Questions about interpretation or an inaccurate quotation are welcome; include the passage and the screen where it appears.
